1. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
Book your Day Trip or Motor Coach Tour on our website www.JoinTheFun.us or mail a check in advance, payable to: JOIN THE FUN, 146 S. Atlantic Ave, Ormond Beach, FL 32176. If paying by check, please include full names (legal names for casino trips) , mailing address, email and phone number. For an overnight tour, please include preference for a King or 2 Queens and if you have any medical issues.
2. ASSIGNED SEATING
Seats on the coach are assigned two days before tour departure. Seats are assigned from front to back in the order that we received payment. If you have a special seating request or a physical handicap, please let us know at the time of booking your reservation. Our Motor Coaches hold 56 passengers and all have restrooms and WI-FI.
3. BUS PICKUP LOCATIONS AND PARKING
Please confirm pickup location at time of booking reservation. Our regular Bus pickup locations are:
Daytona Beach – Walmart Garden Center
Ormond Beach – Walmart (Overflow Parking to the Right as you enter the Main Parking area)
Palm Coast – Staples Front Door
NSB – Walmart
Orange City – Park n Ride
Jacksonville and Viera.
**Full Details of exact time and pick-up location are mailed out 1 week prior to the tour**.
Do you have a group of 20 or more? We will pick you up at your choice of location.
4. CANCELLATIONS WITH JOIN THE FUN
Day Trip are not refundable once booked, you can do a name change up to the day of the tour.
All Overnight Tours are refundable up to 90 days prior to that Tour Date, less the $100 cancellation fee per booking. All tours are non-refundable 90 days prior to the tour, name changes only up to the day of travel.
5. CANCELLATION INSURANCE JOIN THE FUN LLC
Join the Fun LLC. is licensed to sell and highly recommends Cancellation Travel Protection Insurance. Travel Insured International will reimburse you for cancellation fees in the event you must cancel your Motor Coach Tour due to a valid medical reason, you must seek medical attention on the day of the cancellation and the doctor states that you cannot travel. This coverage includes medical insurance, as Medicare does NOT cover you if you depart the USA. It also covers Emergency Medical Evacuation for Medi-flights to the nearest hospital best able to serve your needs, Baggage Loss, Trip Delay and even cancellations due to recent Acts of Terrorism, Airline, Cruise Lines or Tour Companies that go out of business, and most natural disasters.
Your Host & Bus Driver work hard to ensure that your tour is kept on schedule, the bus is clean and comfortable, and that everyone arrives safely. Host & Driver’s gratuities are NOT included in the price of your tour. The industry suggestion for Day Trips is $3.00 per person to the Host and to the Driver.
